Established in 1979 and operating from their 2000sqm nursery in Avondale, Hire Plants employs a team of 22 and provides permanent plant installations and servicing to large and small retail, hospitality, office and public organizations
Hire Plants also provide temporary hire of indoor and outdoor plants for functions, expos and a large range of events from weddings to film shoots.
Hire Plants is a family owned and operated business with a strong long term view towards sustainability, stability and quality.
In December 2016 Hire Plants acquired the plant hire business of Exotic Planters Ltd. In absorbing the wide range of plant and container stock previously managed by Exotic Planters, it has meant that Hire Plants has been able to increase the diverse range of long-term and temporary stock available for hire.
In February 2015 Hire Plants acquired the plant hire business of Natural Tree Products Ltd. The transferring of customers, stock and team of employees has greatly increased the scale and reach both in the event hire sector as well as the commercial plantscaping field.
